Let's Love Each Other Through This🙏

Hello Reader,

Grief is so complicated, and so hard to talk about. It's hard to put into words, to fit into a timeline, or to explain in all the ways it shows up as emotions and as sensations in our bodies. Perhaps, on some level, all of us are carrying some of it.

As I shared in a previous newsletter, I've been going through a deep grief of my own since the passing of my beloved dog and best friend, Uluru, who was by my side for more than 13 years. There are so many dimensions to grieving the change in our relationship, from a physical one to one that is now energy in a different dimension. It has stirred up so many feelings, emotions, and held beliefs, and brought up unresolved feelings about other loved ones who have passed. Through all of it, the simplest daily well-being practices have supported me immensely...

So I created a new guided session:

While creating it, I set aside the rules about how grief is "supposed" to look. I let go of thinking and spoke from my heart, truly in the flow, and I felt inspired by a higher divine power. Drawing on my training and experience as a somatic coach and breathwork practitioner, I went beyond it into pure heart. What came out has been deeply healing for me, and I hope it will be healing and supportive for many others too.

🤍 A special gift for you

Alongside this session, I want to give you something to keep: a free 9-minute guided somatic breathwork practice for any type of grief journey.

It's simple, powerful, and deeply supportive, a practice you truly feel in your body and in your heart. Let your breath be a friendly companion on the hard days.

A request from my heart 🙏
